2006 SEASON STAR-UP COST ANALYSIS
Using the below
pricing guide, the
O6FA
estimates that it would ONLY cost a school about
$3,075 to
$3,900 to fully field a
sixman team with uniforms and protective equipment.
Keep in mind this is if you buy individually, we do have
a team discount available through "America's
Athletic Source". This is not a large amount of money considering the
benefits of having football at your school. The
increased gate revenues would cover this minimal
investment in no time at all.
The estimated cost
for the necessary field equipment could be purchased
and/or made for under $1,000.00.
You can use your current football or soccer field.
The above
mentioned pricing depends on how many players you
suit up and what level of equipment you purchase.
Keep in mind, you might be able to find better pricing
locally, but I doubt it.
There are two
different types of credit available for your team
purchases as long as you go through the
O6FA!
The 333 plan, 1/3 down at time of order, 1/3 at shipping
and the remaining 1/3 by August 31st, 2007. There
is also a 6 month, interest free credit plan. 1/3
down at time of purchase and have 6 additional months to
pay off the remaining balance! Tax Exempt status
is allowed as well as free shipping on qualified orders.

Goal Posts:
Most schools and recreational leagues choose to make
their own goal posts due to the dimensions of the sixman
goal. The uprights are 25' wide by 9' high
compared to a regulation eleven man goal of 23'4" by 10'
high. Portable goals can be easily and affordably
made out of heavy duty PVC pipe.
